It was coming up to Christmas quickly and we needed (wanted) to have everything signed off on a house we were buying before everyone went on holidays. We had heard Mal Wright was a very good & thorough Pest and Building inspector through a couple of friends so we gave him a call. Of course, everyone else wanted their inspections done before the Christmas break too so he was very busy but he squeezed ours in on a weekend just before his office closed for holidays. We had the reports emailed to us on the Monday morning and saw our Conveyancer that afternoon. Luckily there were no major issues with the property and we could proceed as planned.
