We used Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections to complete a Pre-Purchase Pest and Building Inspection on a property we were interested in at Bolwarra Heights. We weren’t the only people looking at the property and were very impressed by Mal’s quality service and the turn-around time for the report – we received it via email the next business day. It enabled us to have a good idea of the property beforehand and the photos and description included in the reports were also handy as they showed where different defects were in the house.
