I was buying a unit in Wickham and my Conveyancer told me I needed a Pre-Purchase Building Inspection done even though it was a Strata property. Mal completed the inspection for me and it was great to see he had added photos to the report to show different defects. There were only a few but I’m glad I had this done as I’m now aware of some smaller things I need to repair around the property. So, many thanks Mal!
