We had Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections complete an inspection for us at a property we were looking at in Elermore Vale. We were very pleased with the promptness that Mal was able to book our inspection in and receive our reports. Any phone calls we made to him were answered quickly and professionally and if we weren’t able to talk to him he called us back as soon as he was able (he was on a roof at one stage!). We didn’t buy the property in the end (someone placed a higher offer) but we will definitely use Mal again on the next property we look at.
