I recently purchased a second property and called Hunter Valley Pest and Building Inspections as I had used them previously. They were on holidays and unable to do the job within the time frame needed so they recommended getting Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections. I must say Mal was just as impressive as HVP&B. The reports were great and I spoke with Mal afterwards about a few things. I can highly recommend using Mal Wright (and I would use Hunter Valley Pest and Building again too).
