My sister advised me to use Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections when I was buying my house as she had used them once before and found Mal to be a great help. I had a few concerns about different things in the house and Mal was more than happy to take extra time to look into these for me as he was doing the Pest and Building Inspections. Once I got the reports I had a good read over them. They were easy to read, pointing out different issues and the concerns I had were also addressed in them.
