Buying a house is such a huge investment. I always made sure I had Pest and Building Inspections done when I bought property. And I had met quite a few inspectors. Some only spent half an hour inspecting the property. I thought this was normal until I had Mal Wright complete inspections for me at house I was buying in Gillieston Heights. He is now my go-to inspector. He spent almost 2 hours at the house I was interested in. Checking everything. Taking photos. I only know this because I met him after he had finished. I won’t be paying for other inspectors to just google what they think is at the house now. I’ll be getting Mal because I know he is the real deal.
