I have used different inspectors a few times when I’ve bought property in different states so knew a bit about what they inspect. Mal was recommended to me by my Conveyancer (amongst a couple of others) and when I checked out his website I was impressed with how much experience he had and the fact that he was also a licenced builder. I decided to give him a call to book in rather than do it online so I could ask a few questions about how he did things and I was pretty happy with his responses. My reports were great – they arrived via email the day after the inspection and a printed copy in the post a few days after that. They covered a lot of things about the property and I’d have to say they were more extensive than other reports I have had done for me previously. I think that the amount of time he spent on the property shows just how dedicated he is to his clients. I will need inspections done again next year, so I will be saving Mal’s number and using him again.
