We were recently looking at selling our property in Chisholm. Our Real Estate Agent suggested we have a Pest and Building Inspection completed prior to putting it on the market so we would know of any problems beforehand. At first we were hesitant to have this done but we were referred to Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections and were told he had done many inspections like this before. Mal was very professional and we feel it was an excellent selling tool as we could be open and honest with prospective buyers as to what areas needed attention. It made the whole process of selling our house a lot more relaxed as we knew we had done everything we could to get it ready. Buyers who viewed the reports also commented on the detail that was in them. We are currently in the process of looking for a new smaller property to purchase and will be having Mal complete the inspections for us. Thank you for your help.
