I had Mal inspect a house for me about 12 months ago and he was pretty thorough, so when it came time to get Pest and Building Inspections done again for another house recently he was the first person I called. I only needed a Building inspection this time as I was buying a Unit in East Maitland but his service wasn’t any different. I still received a well-presented and informative report. When I buy my next property, I’ll be calling again for sure.
