Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections were recommended to me by a family member after they’d had Mal do a Handover inspection for them.
I needed Pest and Building inspections on a house in Merewether so contacted Mal’s office and they booked it all in for me. They also followed up with the Real Estate agent as part of their service.
The reports were emailed the day after my inspection and had photos, descriptions and offered suggested repairs for different defects. They were as thorough as I was told they would be. We even used the reports to negotiate and have a few things repaired by the vendors before we moved.
Mal will be on my list of trades to recommend to people from now on.
