I could not believe local agents Shields and Co Property, Creer Property, LJ Hooker Warners Bay all had their preferred inspectors they recommended none of them were licensed builders with NSW Fair Trading and some reports I view was lacking in detail more like a tick and flick something the agent could have produced a matter of fact Leah Jay Property Managers do a more detailed Condition report between tenancies.
