I needed to get a Pest and Building Inspection before my cooling off period ended and approached Mal Wright Pest and Building. They arranged my inspection for the next day, but the real estate agent messed up the schedule so the inspection had to be postponed to the day after. Mal’s office staff organised all this for me without glitch. As the reports were going to be emailed out the day after my inspection, Mal explained everything verbally over the phone straight away which gave us immense confidence to buy the house.
