My wife and I bought a property in Rutherford and used Mal Wright for our Pre-Purchase Pest and Building Inspections. We have purchased several properties in the past and had inspections done by other companies but we were so impressed with Mal and his reports. They were easy to read, included photos of defects and suggestions on how we could remedy the situation plus we received an emailed copy of the reports and we were sent a hard copy in the mail. If we are looking at purchasing another property in future we will definitely be giving Mal a call and using his services again.
