After I read a really shonky report from an inspector at an open house, I knew I needed someone who was going to be very thorough when I eventually found ‘the one’. A few people I spoke to had used Mal Wright so I looked at his website and was pleased to read that he was ‘Mr Pedantic’. I didn’t need him to do an inspection straight away but I gave him a call anyway and picked his brains, so to speak. When I was ready for my inspection to be booked, I just jumped online and did it that way. I’d already spoken to him so I knew what to expect. He went out to the property in Singleton a couple of days later. My reports had the minor and major defects listed, an overview of the rooms and also included any safety issues that arose. I was impressed. I would say to anyone that needed an inspection done to give Mal a call. He answered all of my questions and did a great job. Thank you.
