Mal Wright completed a Building Inspection for me when I was buying a Unit in Kurri Kurri. His report was very good and it included things that needed repairs on the inside as well as the outside (which, for me, would have been an issue for strata). The reports really helped me with making a decision. I can highly recommend his work.
