Mal completed inspections for me several years ago when I bought a unit in New Lambton. I recently found the copy of the reports when I was looking at some things I had in storage. I was getting my unit ready to sell, but needed to have inspections done at a new place I was looking at moving to in Cameron Park. I googled Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections, found the website and made an online booking. Mal’s staff took care of contacting the Real Estate and I was very pleased when I found out my inspection would be completed and I would have the reports before the week was out. The reports were again very informative and the colour photos helped identify areas of concern. If I ever need another inspection completed, I’ll be using Mal Wright again.
