I found Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections through Google. I was looking for an inspector to complete a Pest and Building Inspection on a property I’d made an offer on in Maryland. I’d looked at a few other pages but kept coming back to Mal’s. I read the reviews on google and on his website. They were all great! So here I am, adding my review 🙂
I received my reports the day after my inspection was done. They had photos, included defects – minor and major, and gave me an overall rating of the property. The house wasn’t too old, but there were still a few minor things that needed attention and it was great to see the house through another pair of eyes (not just the real estate agent pointing out the positives!).
