After looking at several properties in the Medowie area, we finally found ‘the one’ and so began all the phone calls with agents, banks, accountants and inspectors! We were blessed to have been told to use Mal Wright a few months beforehand and had already spoken to him about getting a Pest and Building Inspection completed. We knew we would have a couple of days wait but in the end it was definitely worth it (and we received the reports within our cooling-off period). He was only concerned about a couple of things which put our minds at ease a lot. And speaking with Mal on the phone after we had our reports was also great – he answered a lot of questions for us.
