Mal completed a Building Inspection for me on a unit I was keen on purchasing in Nelson Bay. He has quite a good reputation in the Bay as a great inspector. I had spoken to friends and family who all said he was very thorough. The report was emailed through to me very promptly and also sent to my Conveyancer.
