I didn’t realise how much time and effort was involved in getting a Pest and Building Inspection done until I had Mal Wright come and do them at my house before I decided to sell. I wanted the reports ready for when my house went on the market so the potential purchasers had them handy and could look while they were at the open house.
I organised an afternoon time with Mal so that I was there if he had any questions but he pretty much focused on the job at hand and off he went. He was busy inspecting and writing things down for almost 1.5 hours. He had a chat to me about a few things before he left and I received emailed copies of the reports the next day. Fairly quick turn-around in my opinion.
