I phoned a few places to get prices for Pest and Building Inspections before deciding to go with Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections. He wasn’t the cheapest, but just talking to him on the phone made that decision for me. He was easy to talk to, answered my questions and confirmed that was licenced and insured without any hesitation. The reports were emailed to me the day after the inspection and after reading them Mal was happy to set aside some time to answer a few questions I had. I certainly felt like the services he provides are personalised. If I need any other inspections done I will be sure to give him a call.
