Mal completed an inspection at our property in Kotara earlier this week as we are planning on selling (soon, hopefully) and we wanted to see what we needed to repair before putting our house on the market. The whole booking online process was very easy and Mal’s office phoned to confirm the day and time of the inspection. Mal showed up on time and he was very polite. He started the outside of the property first and then before coming inside he made sure he used hand sanitiser. Due to the amount of people concerned about the Covid19 virus pandemic at the moment I thought this was very reassuring since he was coming into our home. He also took off his shoes lol.
Our reports were emailed out the following day and pretty much as we expected. It was great to have them handy (and the printed copy we received) so we could then prioritise what needed to be done and tick it off our list as we went! We will be hanging onto Mal’s number as when we have sold our property we will be calling him to do inspections if/when we buy again.
