Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections did pre-purchase inspections for us on a property in Chisholm we were interested in. Although it was a fairly new house, we still wanted peace of mind that everything was going to be ok and there were no maintenance issues that would break the bank. They emailed our reports to our conveyancer as well as us which saved us time when speaking with our Conveyancer again – she’d already had time to read them.
