Mal did Pest and Building Inspections for us at a property in East Maitland. We had made arrangements through the Real Estate to meet Mal at the property and let us know of any problems. He spent around an hour of his time with us explaining a few things and chatting before finishing our inspection. We still received our reports the following day and he even phoned us to check we understood it all. His attention to detail was fantastic and we can’t recommend him highly enough.
