After purchasing a property in Telarah, we were so excited about getting into our new place that we forgot all about the Pest and Building Inspections! It wasn’t until the Real Estate reminded us that it needed to be done that we realised. We quickly googled and liked the look of Mal’s website. We decided to phone instead of doing an online booking as we wanted to make sure it was completed asap.
We were lucky to get a spot that same week and were very grateful. After it was booked in, we spoke with a few people and they all said Mal was very good, so we were a bit relieved we’d made a good choice.
Our reports arrived the day after the inspection and even though they were quite detailed, they were still easy to read and had different photos of certain defects which helped identify them.
