Mal Wright was recommended to us by our Real Estate agent but we had heard from different people not to use the inspector referred by your agent. We’d also heard that Mal was very good. We decided to ‘ring around’ a few inspectors and see how their phone manner was. A couple of them weren’t very informative when we asked different questions and another one said he’d call us back but didn’t. Mal was very comfortable answering our questions and said he would get his secretary to call us to get all the details. She called within 5 minutes of us hanging up from Mal! Outstanding! She took all our details, followed up with the Real Estate and we didn’t have to lift a finger. Our reports were emailed the following day after the inspection and we found them to be very informative. Mal called us to make sure we understood everything and strongly recommended we get a Pest treatment done on the property asap (something the real estate said we didn’t need to worry about). We are glad we used Mal’s services and would use him again if we needed to.
