I needed an inspection done at a rental property I own in Raymond Terrace as there were cracks appearing in a couple of rooms. Mal Wright was recommended to me by my Real Estate and he was very prompt to answer my questions and get an inspection booked in. I had to wait a couple of days to get my report but it was very precise and Mal obviously spent a lot of time on it. It covered the areas I was concerned about and gave clear indications of what was wrong. Mal spoke with me over the phone and gave me advice on where to go from there. I’m now in the process of getting a builder to come out (not as easy as getting an inspector unfortunately). I’m glad I had this done as I believe the problem will only get worse over time.
