After shopping around for the best price for a Pest and Building Inspection, we chose Mal Wright. He wasn’t the cheapest. But after speaking with a few inspectors, he knew his stuff. He listened to my questions on the phone (others just didn’t have time or just weren’t bothered). His secretary took all the details and booked everything in for us & gave us a confirmation date of later that week (yes, he was busy, but that’s another good sign). The reports arrived via email as promised the day after the inspection. I found them easy enough to read and only had a couple of questions in regards to termite treatments which Mal was more than happy to go over on the phone with me. I would definitely use Mal’s services again – he was a great help.
