I had Pest and Building Inspections done by Mal Wright at a house in Kurri Kurri. He had come highly recommended by a friend of ours who had used his services when buying in Gillieston Heights. Mal was great on the phone when I called and he answered a few of the questions I had. Once I had booked in the inspection, I sent an email outlining a couple of things I was concerned about so he could double-check them whilst he was there. I got the reports the day after my inspection and Mal had commented on the things I had emailed about as well as picked up on a number of other things. I liked how he had included photos of areas where problems were found as well. It made understanding it a lot easier. Mal followed up with a phone call the day after I had received my reports too – great customer service in my opinion. I’d definitely use his business again and have already passed on his number to a colleague.
