Mal Wright Pest and Building did inspections at a property in Newcastle I was selling at auction. He came about a week prior to the day of the auction so we could have the reports on the day to present to potential buyers. This also allowed us to get a quick sale as the purchasers then didn’t have to wait to get Pest and Building inspections done themselves. I have previously used Mal’s expertise on different properties I’ve looked at and he always seemed to find things that a lot of other inspectors would oversee or just not include in their reports.
