I sold a property about 6 months ago and Mal Wright came to complete the Pest and Building Inspection for the buyers. I was pretty happy with how professional he was. He was polite and went off doing the inspection without any fuss. He was there for over an hour and gave me a business card when he was finished. I hung onto it as I knew I was going to be buying a new house.
We haven’t found a house we love yet. We thought we did and had Mal all booked in for inspections, but we were out-bid unfortunately and had to cancel. We are still looking and will definitely have Mal booked in for our next home.
