I’m glad I googled and found Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections when buying my house. There were certainly a lot of positive comments about the business but I decided to give them a call first.
Mal was very friendly and professional on the phone and it made me comfortable knowing I had the right person to do my inspections.
I was a little hesitant to read the reports, worrying about the terminology but I didn’t need to. They were easy to read, included photos and Mal was happy for me to call afterwards to make sure I understood everything and go over any questions.
I would happily recommend them to anyone looking at purchasing a house.
