After selling my house in Wallsend, I needed to hurry up and get Pest and Building Inspections done for my new purchase in Hamilton. I had only a couple of weeks left on my cooling-off period so I googled some inspectors (as you do).
Mal’s website and testimonials were all great and I phoned to ask a few questions. He listened and took time to answer my questions so I knew he was the one I was going to use.
He was able to complete my inspections the same week and also offered to send copies to my Conveyancer. After I had read the reports I actually went back to the house and had another look to refresh my memory. It was great to have photos in the reports so I could see exactly what he was talking about.
