My parents actually told me to use Mal Wright when I was buying my first place. They had inspections done about 8 years ago by Mal and they must have been great because they never forgot! Lol. Anyway, I googled and read the testimonials of other companies first (your parents can’t be right, can they?). Mal’s website and reviews certainly stood out. I booked a Building Inspection for a unit in Lemon Tree Passage and waited for my report. I was very lucky that there was only a couple of minor things wrong and nothing major. And even though I didn’t get a Pest Inspection done (because it was under strata title) he still suggested I ask about termite treatments. I was pretty pleased with the outcome (I had been dreading a bad result!).
