My parents recommended Mal Wright Pest and Building when I said I was going to purchase a property. They’d bought a house in Green Hills a few years ago and remembered how great he was.
I was buying nearby in Morpeth so gave him a call to get the inspections booked in and out of the way (one less thing to stress about then!)
They were able to book them in the same week and I had the reports the day after (pretty efficient!) They were easy to read, had colour photos and, thankfully, there were no major issues (just a few small defects that were easy to fix).
