I was looking at purchasing a property in Maitland and the vendor’s had a Pest and Building report already at the property for people to look through at an open house. It had been done through Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections but I hadn’t heard of them so googled them on my phone and checked out the feedback he had. After reading the reviews online, I felt like the vendor obviously wasn’t going to hide anything by getting the reports done as Mal was quite thorough. It was very impressive and great to see that the vendor had taken the initiative to have the inspections done prior to listing their property. I actually didn’t go forward with purchasing that property but have had Mal complete an inspection for us at another place that we did buy in Rutherford. He was great to speak with and we are more than pleased with the reports.
