I was having problems with mould in one of the rooms in my house in Newcastle and a plumber (who couldn't find the problem) suggested I get Mal out to take a look. He was very thorough - checking in the roof space and under the house and used a 'moisture meter' on the walls to help pinpoint the problem. He made a couple of suggestions of things that need to be altered/fixed and I am already following these up. Overall, I am very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.
