Thanks to Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections. We were getting a Pest and Building Inspection done prior to selling. Mal was there right on time and went through the whole house and took a lot of photos. He also pointed out what defects were minor vs major. The reports were in very clear words (not very technical so I could understand them). Very comprehensive reports and supreme service. On a side note, I personally enjoyed chatting with Mal.
