I had heard of Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections years ago when I was working Real Estate. A lot of agents wouldn’t refer him as he was ‘too thorough’. I moved out of real estate and started working in Newcastle and wanted to buy a house nearby as the commute was a pain.

Mal was very professional and courteous on the phone while he answered my questions. Then his office staff took my details and booked it all in.
The reports I received were fabulous. They covered all the rooms, garage and the garden shed. The defects were listed, some with photos, and the whole report was easy to read. I was impressed and now know why agents don’t recommend him!
