I required an inspection of my property due to unexplained mould on a wall in my house. Mal was able to come out and have a look at it and used his Thermal Imaging camera to help identify if we had possible rising damp or something else.
It turns out that his Thermal Imaging camera is a wonderful device and picked up a small leaking pipe inside of the wall! Having such an accurate outcome has allowed me to notify the trades I need to come and repair it and they know exactly where it is already.
