Mal was a great wealth of information when we recently had a Handover Inspection completed with him. Our new build was ‘ready’ to move into according to the builder but we found there were a few things we weren’t happy about. So we contacted Mal after he was recommended by one of our new neighbours who had used him. We received our report from Mal and there were more than a few things that needed to be remedied. We were grateful we had Mal’s help as we are now getting things fixed by the builder properly. We would highly recommend his business to anyone building a new home.
