After going through the whole process of buying a house, you’d be crazy to not get Pest and Building Inspections done. I didn’t think there was much wrong with a property I was buying in Thornton, but when I received the reports, there were numerous defects. Yes, they were mostly smaller things I could fix myself, but they all add up in the end. I would always have inspections done just for my own peace of mind. I’m not a builder or a pest inspector so those qualifications are invaluable.
