Can I say a big, big thanks to Mal from Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections. We were let down by another building and pest company who canceled our Pre-Purchase Pest and Building Inspections in Maryland the day before it was due to be completed as someone was sick. My wife and I had both taken the day off work so we could be there for the inspection. We were having trouble getting any companies to do the inspections due to the last minute notice when I decided to go for a drive. I saw Mal’s car at a property where he was doing an inspection so I decided to wait. When he was leaving I approached him and explained what had happened. After having a chat with him he said he could do it, so I rang his office gave them all the details and they booked us in on a Saturday afternoon (our cooling off period ended on the Monday!). We received the reports via email on Sunday morning and they were very detailed. All I can say is that Mal Wright saved the day! Many, many Thanks!
