Mal Wright Pest and Building Inspections was recommended to me by a work mate for a Handover Inspection on my new house in Thornton. Mal was very professional, thorough and systematic with his inspection. I often heard from other builders that they didn’t like Mal Wright and I’ve realized why…. He reports every aspect of what is not within building regulations. I agree it’s an extra expense to add in to building a new home but it’s an expense that is well worth it. A small amount to pay to ensure your home is being built to standards.
