We have had a number of pre-purchase inspections over the years but none have been so thorough and impressive as the inspection done by Mal.
Mal took the time before, during and after the inspection to make sure we were fully informed and understood the process and the report. Mal had lots of knowledge and went above and beyond. Thanks for the information about the solar system, it was something we never would have known.
The report enabled us to negotiate a good purchase price. Mal’s report was easy to understand and included a lot of information usually missed by other inspectors. We will use this to prioritise our renovations and make our money stretch as far as possible.
