We recently purchased a home and the real estate agent tried to get us to rely on a report previously done by their inspector.
On advice from our Solicitor not to purchase the property without having our own inspector perform a building and pest inspection report. Thank god we took his advice you saves us making a bad mistake as you picked up over 20 more defects that the agents inspector picked up including a major structural defect with the concrete slab.
We will be using you again when we find another property.
