After receiving your lengthy reports my father and I went through it and he was also impressed with how much time you obviously spent both onsite and in the office to be able to provide us with a 30 page pest report and a 45 page building report. The photos were excellent, really showed the damage and defects so we could see how bad it really was. The agent provided a report that the owners had done and none of the things that you picked up were in the other report which made us appreciate that we made the decision to get an independent report. Your website is great and was really easy to fill out the online booking form as we ordered the report late at night. We will be using you again when we find another property.
