You recently performed a handover building inspection at a dwelling I was having built in Aberglasslyn. The builder did his quality control and was ready to hand the house over, however a friend of mine advised me not to take possession until you had performed your handover inspection which was good advice. After receiving your super thorough report it became apparent that your standards of quality were understandably higher than my builders. On your advice I served a copy of your report to my builder who happily fixed all the defects you noted which would have been difficult to rectify after I had moved all my furniture in because of the dust and excess paint that would have been caused from the rectifications. It was a pleasure to see somebody who takes great pride in their inspections with such an eagle eye for detail. I would happily recommend you to anybody else having a new house built.
